Ndani te verdhat e vezeve nga te bardhat.Dhe te verdhat e rrahura me pare shtojeni te masa duke e perziere me pirun.Shtoni fryresin dhe masen perziejeni me duar.E punojme derisa te perfitojme nje brum homogjen pa kokrra.Brumin e mbulojme me leter kuzhine dhe e vendosim ne frigorifer per 30 min.
Brumin e hapim ne pete me rreth 1 cm trashesi dhe bejme format e biskotave.I pjekim ne furre te paranxehur ne 180 grade per 5-10 min.
