Pergatitja:

Ngrohim furren ne 170 grade.Lyejme nje tave 25x25 cm me gjalpe dhe me miell.Shkrijme cokollaten ne banjomari.
Ne mikser rrahim gjalpin me sheqerin derisa te behet nje mase kremoze.
E heqim nga mikseri dhe bashkojme ne te cokollaten e shkrire, vaniljen, konjakun dhe lekurat, te grira ne rende.
I rrahim mire vezet (per nje rezultat me te mire rrihet e bardha vec dhe te verdhen vec).Me pas shtojme edhe kete mase ne mikser dhe ne fund hedhim miellin duke e kaluar ne site.E perziejme lehte me nje luge druri dhe e vendosim ne tave.E pjekim per 20 min ne 170 grade.

 Preparation:
