Si fillim e ndezim furren ne 180 grade sepse na duhet e nxehte.Ne nje tas rrahim me rrahese vezesh, vezet dhe sheqerin. Kjo rrahje duhet te zgjase 4-5 minuta. Pastaj shtojme edhe qumeshtin dhe vajin. I rrahim perseri. Nderkohe qe shtohet mielli dhe pluhuri per pjekje. (Perzierja nuk nderpritet)
Mollet i qerojme dhe i ndajme ne kubik. Disa pjese i ndajme ne feta per ti vene ne siperfaqe. Kubiket e molleve i hedhim ne brume dhe i perziejme me nje luge.
Marrim nje tave , e lyejme me gjalp dhe e sperkasim me pak miell. Hedhim brumin e pergatitur. Ne siperfaqe veme fetat e molles.
E veme te piqet ne 180 grade per 45 minuta. Kur te kete marre ngjyre te kuqe e mbulojme me leter kuzhine dhe e leme edhe per 10 minuta. (Qe te piqet teresisht perbrenda).
