Pasi marrin vale, shtohet spinaqi. Rregullohet me kripe dhe e leme te gatuhet per disa minuta.
Me pas, hapen vendet dhe hidhen vezet, te cilat ne siperfaqe sperkaten me kripe e spec djeges.
Vihet kapaku dhe shuhet zjarri, qe veza te gatuhet me nxehtesine e gjelles, pa u ngurtesuar e verdha.
Sherbehet e nxehte.
