Presim ne kube domatet ,specat, qepen dhe hudhrat i grijme holle.Ne nje tenxhere vendosim qepen, specat dhe skuqim me vajin e ullirit per pak minuta, sa pa marre ngjyre.E heqim tenxheren nga zjarri dhe e leme te ftohet.Ne nje ene tjeter i perziejme mire, te gjitha produktet bashke pervec domates dhe sheqerit., derisa te behen mase si brume.Marrim pak nga brumi i qofteve dhe u japim atyre forme te rrumbullaket.U japim atyre nje skuqje te lehte ne tiganin ku kemi skuqur qepen dhe i leme te marrin ngjyre nga jashte por pa u pjekur brenda.I heqim nga tigani dhe i leme menjane.Ne po ate tigan vendosim domaten kripen piperin pak sheqer pak uje ose leng perimesh nese duhet.E leme salce te lidhet mire dhe vendosim qoftet.JU BEFTE MIRE!!!
