2 1/2 gota miell
3 vezë te mëdha me temperaturë ambjenti
3 lugë semolina
2 lugë miell misri Vaj për skuqje
Pergatitja :
Ziejme sherbetin per 20 minuta dhe e heqim nga zjarri. Menjane, veme te zieje ujin me gjalpe, per te krijuar brumin e zier ose brumin choux (shu). Kur uji te marre vale, shtojme miellrat duke e hedhur menjehere. E perziejme mire e ne vazhdimesi, derisa brumi te ngjitet ne luge dhe tenxherja te kete fundin e paster. Shuajme zjarrin dhe e leme brumin te ftohet pak. Duke e punuar, shtojme vezet nje nga nje e krijojme nje brum te njetrajtshem. Mbushim qesen e pasticerise me tè e me formen e dhembezuar ( por edhe me luge kush nuk ka forme), e skuqim ne vaj te nxehte e te bollshem, por ne zjarr jo shume te forte. I veme te kullojne ne leter kuzhine. Pasi te kemi perfunduar skuqjen, i fusim me pjese ne sherbet e i mbajme te zhytyra me delikatese, per rreth 2 minuta. Sherbehen te ftohta.English Version
