Përbërësit për 13 biskota :

180 gr miell 00
100 gr gjalpe në temperaturën e dhomës 
2 të verdha veze
70 gr sheqeri

Per mbushje :
Marmalate Portokalli 30 g per biskote
sheqer pluhur per siper

Pergatitja :

Ne nje tas perziejme miellin , sheqerin vezet te rrahura lehte.Me pas e punojme me dore, pastaj shtoni gjalpin ne copa te vogla.Vazhdojme ta punojme derisa te arrijme nje mase homogjene.
E leme te pushoje ne frigorifer per 30 min.
Me pas marrim brumin dhe e veme ne tavoline dhe e bejme ne forme te gjate si litar te trashe.
E presim ne forma te rrumbullaketa me ane te nje thike, duke nxjerre 13 copa.
Pastaj me dore i bejme ne forme topi.
I shtrojme ne tave dhe ne cdo top bejme nje grope ne mes.
I futim ne furre per ti pjekur per 15-20 min ne 180 grade.Pas pjekjes i leme te ftohen plotesisht dhe fillojme te mbushim biskotat ne gropat e bera, me marmalate.
Siper i hedhim sheqer pluhur.

Preparation :
