Kjo pjate eshte mjaft e lehte per tu pergatitur dhe shume e shijshme.Per ta zbutur mishin eshte perdorur "mashtrimi" me qumesht.Me disa truke te vogla do te dale me te vertete nje pjate e shijshme.
Përbërësit për 4 persona:
800 gram gjoks pule në 2 copa te barabarte
100 ml të qumështit
70 gram therrime buke
30 gram djathë të butë
1/2 lugë çaji hudhër e grire
1 lugë vaj ulliri

Pergatitja :
Ne fillim marinoni mishin ne nje tas me qumesht per rreth 20-30 minuta.
Me pas ne nje ene perzieni sebashku djathin e grire, therrimet e bukes, specin e kuq, vajin e ullirit, hudhren dhe kripen.
Nxjerrim fileton nga qumeshti dhe me pas e futim ne tasin me perzerje dhe e mbulojme te gjithe siperfaqen.
Te dyja copat e filetos i vendosim ne tave , dhe i futim ne furre per ti pjekur ne 180 grade per rreth 45 minuta.
Me pas e presim fileton ne feta dhe e servirim ne nje pjate te shtruar me sallate jeshile.
