Si fillim lajme qerojme patatet dhe i lajme mire.
Me pas fillojme te presim patatet ne forme rrethi (si patetina).
Pasi i kemi prere i vendosim ato ne nje ene me uje te ftohte dhe i leme rreth 15-20 min.
Pas kesaj kohe i nderrojme ujin dhe i leme edhe 10 min te tjera.
Pastaj patatet i nxjerrim nga uji dhe i thajme me leter kuzhine.
Ne nje tigan hedhim vajin dhe e leme te nxehet, me pas futim patatet.
Pasi jane skuqur i vendosim perseri ne leter kuzhine per te thithur vajin e tepert.
I kriposim dhe u shtojme piperin specin, dhe rigon.
