Pergatisim mbushjen.Ne nje ene heshim arrat e shtypura se bashku me kanellen, sheqerin dhe konjakun.I trazojme derisa te perzihen te gjitha sebashku.Marrim kadaifin dhe e hapim ne fije.E hapim pjese-pjese.Marrim disa fije , i drejtojme mire dhe i hedhim nje luge mbushje.Fillojme ta bejme role kadaifin.E vendosim rolen e pergaitur ne tave.Ne kete menyre vazhdojme me pjesen tjeter te kadaifit derisa te perfundoje.Pasi i kemi mbaruar siper u hedhim gjalpin e shkrire.
Vendosim taven me kadaif ne furre te nxehte 100 grade per 1 ore e me pas 150 grade per 10 minuta derisa te marre ngjyre te arte.E leme te ftohet komplet.
Pergatitja e sherbertit:
Marrim nje tenxhere dhe hedhim ujin e zijme dhe me pas hedhim sheqerin vaniljen dhe lengun e limonit.E trazojme mire dhe e leme te zieje per 5 minuta.E leme te ftohet pak dhe pastaj ja hedhim kadaifit persiper.
E leme te ftohet komplet derisa te sherbetoset mire kadaifi dhe me pas e sherbejme.
