400 gr kos yougurt ose salce kosi
4 thelpinj hudher
4 luge gjelle vaj ulliri
2 luge gjelle leng limoni
1 kastravec
1 luge gjelle koper e grire
kripe
piper i sapo bluar
per zbukurim : gjethe mente, ullinj

Si fillim grijme kastravecin ne rende nga ana e trashe dhe ne te hedhim lengun e limonit.Nese kemi kohe keto mund ti vendosim mbi nje leter kuzhine per te thithur lengun.
Grijme hudhrat holle.
Me pas ne nje tas mesatar perziejme kosin me kastravecin e grire , hudhrat, vajin e ullirit dhe kopren.
Keto me pas i rregullojme me kripe dhe piper.I perziejme mire dhe me pas e mbulojme tasin me leter transparente dhe e futim ne frigorifer per nje ore.
Me pas e servirim ne pjate ose tas te zbukuruar me gjethe mente dhe ullinj.
